Most team activities are fun for a day and then forgotten. Personal color is different. Everyone learns which colors make them look fresh and credible, and uses it every morning when they dress for work.
It doesn't feel like a seminar. People get curious about their own colors and their colleagues', and can ask anything. The session is led by Khwan (Chalermkhwan Sawangnak), who studied fashion design at The Art Institute of Seattle, founded the clothing brand Sleeping Pills and the cosmetics brand ESTRO, and has analyzed more than 300 clients. She runs sessions in English or Thai.
For big occasions such as a year-end party or a company meeting. Khwan explains what undertone is and how the four seasons differ, then drapes volunteers in front of the room. Everyone learns what to look for, but not everyone is draped.
Staff join in small rounds. Each round starts with a short talk, then Khwan drapes each person in turn. Everyone learns their color group and takes home their own Color Palette.
Both formats take 3-5 hours per session, split into rounds to fit your team's day, for example one round in the morning and one in the afternoon.
